Edgar’s home was an amazing experience. The home is very clean and very well laid out. The instructions to get there very clear. Not to mention the beds very very confortable. Communication was top notch every question I had it was responded to in a timely manner. Overall very nice stay would definitely recommend if looking in the Arlington area.

As advertised but be aware it is a three story house. We are seniors and the climb to the top was a lot of exercise for us.

really enjoyed my stay here. the host was very responsive and accommodating to multiple last minute requests. we were able to extend our stay since we enjoyed the place so much. it is also very conveniently located near the highways.

We enjoyed our stay here, traveling with 3 adults and one 19 month old. The crib was full size and our son slept perfectly on a comfy mattress. What stood out the most was how SPOTLESS clean the place was upon arrival. We were very pleased and made the higher cleaning fee 100% worth it. All listed amenities were available and plenty of hot water in the shower. All beds were super comfy and clean. We slept great. Only minor negative- the living room furniture and tv are way too big for the room. It felt a bit cramped when hanging out to watch tv. If you have a large group or plan on spending alot of time at the house, this could be an issue but for us it was not, we just hung for a bit before bed. If the tv being too big is to only negative note, that’s a great place! I would definitely recommend this stay for a small family in town to explore DC, we would definitely stay again!

Edgar and Melanie were some of the best hosts we’ve had on AirBnB! They responded quickly to our last minute booking request and helped make our time in DC extremely enjoyable. The home is in a private, peaceful location. They provided clear instructions on arrival and departure, and the home was gorgeous and cleaner than the cleanest 5 star hotel we’ve stayed at on prior trips. We had no problem getting into DC quickly and explore local sights within minutes. We hope to return to DC soon and would be very lucky to stay here again!
