I had a lovely time at Kim's place, it was beyond my expectations! Beautiful spacious unit, clean and stylish. In a fabulous location close to the ocean, parks, cafes and shops, walking distance to public transport, yet on a quiet street. Everything one could need for a stay in Melbourne. Our stay at Kim's place was lovely. The apartment was spacious and bright, offering a comfortable retreat. We enjoyed a wonderful week exploring Elwood and its surroundings, thanks to the convenient location. Kim was a fantastic host, providing us with a wonderful welcome package and being responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend her place to others looking for a relaxing stay in the area.

A comfortable renovated unit in a great location 5-10 min walk to trams. Kim gave great local restaurant and pub tips. The fridge was amazingly stocked with beer champagne cheeses plus breakfast supplies. Highly recommend.

Kim’s place was lovely, very clean, in an excellent location. It was a really nice surprise to find milk in fridge on our arrival. The unit is in a very quiet Street within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beaches. Definitely would stay there again.
