Location is very convenient. Building is 130+ years old so it has a special taste of history. Everything was set up nicely and thoughtfully. Feeling nice as home. Host is very responsible and helpful. However just one thing, that I had the entire apartment for one night and someone had to enter with most of us still asleep in the next morning to grab vacuum. Although host said their cleaner simply needed to do that and they would have knocked, my hubby was shocked to see a stranger in our hallway. I believe there could have been many other solutions to avoid disturbing customers during their stay in such way. BTW, I'd like to remind those that might mind, this hotel is right across the road of a cemetery

We stayed at the 3-bedroom apartment (named ‘Prime Minister’s House’), and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a couple of overseas friends with us, and they were very impressed as well. Well equipped place, and high-tech. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with - special shout out to Jigs, who was super helpful even after hours, and we were also offered a free coffee from their cafe downstairs too! The apartment had some fascinating books as well, about the Australian history, which I personally thought was a nice additional touch. It’s a convenient location and a great place to spend a weekend with family & friends! We really enjoyed our stay - highly recommended!

Pete was very welcoming upon arrival. The apartment was pristine. Extremely well decorated, and super clean. They thought of everything, from milk in the fridge, to towels on each bed neatly rolled up. No issues with amenities. Great location in Ballarat Central. Will visit again in future.

Had a nice stay here. Lovely apartment. A few issues getting in due to the coded lock system but the owner was responsive and helpful. Could use a television in the main lounge area. Cafe for breakfast was really good.
