We stay here for an event in UBS Arena, it was near like 10 min walking it is safe to walk at night The place is very comfortable it feels like a little home 😍✨ It is not near restaurants but we order by Uber eats and it arrive very fast. It is 15 min by taxi to the JFK Airport Great place ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fritzlene was amazing! We got lost trying to find the place as GPS wasn’t showing us the best/quickest way to get from the train station to her house. She was available via phone and actually drove to pick us up, incredible and way above and beyond!! I definitely recommend Fritzlene’s beautiful place if attending a show at the UBS Arena (just ask her for directions from the train station to her house ahead of time 😉)!

Came into town for a show at the UBS Arena. Fritzlene's space was perfect for my wife and I for a quick getaway. Completely walkable to the arena (although it was pouring rain so we Ubered) Any shows we attend at UBS will hopefully be followed by a good night here. Thank you to Fritzlene for a clean, bright and well thought out space. Also for the friendly hospitality.

This place is adorable and only a few minutes walk to the USB Arena! Fritzlene was very nice and responsive. Great stay!!
