WOW One simple word that describes this northern getaway. Modern cottage with an abundance of amenities both inside and out and pet-friendly. Beautifully landscaped property on quiet lake with another lake to the left through a narrow channel. Great bass fishing in this lake. My family enjoyed the peace and serenity of the area our entire stay and enjoyed nice walks on the quiet cottage roads with our dogs. The dogs loved running in and out of the water at the little beach area beside the dock. The neighbours are very friendly and even took us and our dogs for a pontoon boat tour of the two lakes. Cool. We had so much fun our week at Loon Lake and really loved this rental.

Alyson’s cottage is beautiful, clean and just as described and shown in the pictures. It had everything we needed! It has four spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The furniture seems brand new and was so cozy and comfortable…especially the recliner chair! The lake is very quiet and we got lots of use of the two kayaks and SUP. Alyson was very quick to respond and gave helpful directions for finding the cottage. Nice and relaxing! We’d love to return!!

Great cottage and location with all you will need to make it a memorable getaway. The hosts are exceptionally attentive and prompt to respond to any inquiries. We stayed for a week during June and would absolutely book again.

We do an annual family cottage weekend with our family & this has been the best one yet in every way. Everything was beyond our expectations. There is so much care & detail noted to ensure comfort for the guests' stay. Other cottages have noted dog friendly that we've used, but this is THE ONLY ONE that had ever taken it to another amazing level. They had dog bowls, bags & even towels for the dogs ready incase they went into the lake. Everything was easy to function as all directions for wifi, TV use & labels were everywhere they needed to be. They even had bug spray avail if needed. The night sky view is absolutely breathtaking, coffee morning on the dock is so peaceful and beautiful place to meditate or do yoga. Parking space for cars was spacious & it was easy quick walks to load & unload. There is not a single detail/thing that was missed by the amazing host of this cottage. Highly recommend & would absolutely book with this host & this property again.

This was our first cottage stay during falls in Algonquin and it was simply beautiful . This cottage is in deep woods which gives you opportunity to be as close to nature that you can be. Host is very responsive and kind. She communicated everything on time before arrival and made sure that we enjoy our stay there. The falls colours were spectacular around this cottage. All rooms were cozy and comfy with beautiful views. We had wonderful time!!! Thanks Alyson for welcoming us in your cottage and to make it feel like home.
