Waterfront, hot tub! Located on Belleau Lake, our cozy cottage has all the amenities of home but away from the responsibilities of every day life! Our home is everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation, no matter what time of year! Whether you're looking to simply relax, read a book, play, games, or toast s'mores by the campfire, we have you covered! In warmer weather, take a swim or kayak or canoe out on the lake. Simply bring your personal items, settle in and relax, undisturbed. There are narrow stairs leading to the front door entrance. Once inside, you have a small, open concept updated & fully stocked kitchen, dining & living room area w/tv and bathroom w/walk in shower, toilet and sink. There are 2 bedrooms on this level with a bath including toilet, sink & shower. One bedroom features a king sized bed that looks out to the screened in porch and then to the lake. The front bedroom (nearest the bathroom) has 2 twin sized beds. We have supplied towels and linens for bathrooms and bedrooms. The screened in porch is just past the living area w/a pub table and seating for 4. The screened porch also has a rocking chair and patio seating for 2. The large deck is off the porch where you will find a dining table, chairs and umbrella, seating for 6. The patio conversation set seats 4 and we have Adirondack chairs around the fireplace that you may bring up to the deck for additional seating. Back inside, a set of stairs from the dining area will bring you to the lower level basement. This is a finished basement and Is cooler than the rest of the home, it is also a bit more damp. We offer a futon and tv in the main area and there is one bedroom on this level with a (high) queen sized bed. We do provide a step stool for those who may have trouble getting up on the bed. Right outside the bedroom there is a bath with stand up shower and toilet/sink. The lower level also provides a washer and dryer as well as a quality air hockey table. There is a walk out from the living area thru a 'wet room' to access the hot tub and grounds. We ask kindly that you dry off in the wet room before entering the home wet at any time. Please do not walk into the home, on either level, with dripping clothes or wet shoes. Outside we have a campfire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. We have also provided 2 single person kayaks, 1 tandem kayak, a canoe and paddle board. We have life jackets in various sizes but you are welcome to bring your own.
