Lovely cosy place for 2 in a beautiful location. Accommodation was spotless and had everything you needed with an amazing skylight in the lounge area. Very close to restaurants but also very quiet. Would love to go back.

Karen’s place is in the centre of Ambleside, a stones throw from the restaurants pubs and shops but very quiet flat. The flat itself felt very homely and we loved our stay. Thank you for having us

Karen was a very attentive host, replying to queries in under 5 minutes! The accomodation was spotless and very modern. Whoever the architect was needs a raise because the space is very bright and open! The booklet to read had every possible instruction on how to operate everything - clearly well thought out. It also mentioned some very nice restaurants! Overall, this is the sort of central accomodation that made me think "I'll definitely stay here again".

A little tricky to find but very homely feel. Short walk to all the main amenities but on a quiet side road. The kitchen is well Stocked for cooking and free teas and coffee and milk. Well worth a stay for a few nights.
