This house was just as described. It had plenty of room for our group of 8. The living room and dining area was large and perfect for us to hangout together. I would definitely rent this location again.

Our time at Roy’s place was very relaxing, which was exactly what we’re looking for. The house is cozy and spacious with great spot by the lake that we were able to catch some fishes. We enjoyed the fire pit every night. There is a huge TV in every room with a lot of channels for kids. We would come back another time.

Such a nice getaway for families. It’s a summer lake house but we had a great time in winter. It can be a good getaway year around. The place was nice and clean with lots of games stocked in the shelf. There’s also a nice outdoor area. Highly recommended.

The house is better than the photos. The ambiance by the lake is amazing. Furniture, rooms and TVs are good. Fire pit is fun. Enjoyed. I recommend.
