Nice house and is as advertised. Just a few things to note, bring coffee filters! Also if you like a clean place while there bring your own cleaning supplies, as they don’t have any provided. My biggest “con” is that there isn’t a vacuum to clean the floors of sand nor did we find an outdoor hose to use before coming inside.

What a beautiful home! This house is beautifully furnished. We highly enjoyed this place. Managing company was very responsive and proactive. This home was also the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. There was a learning curve with the door alarm for the pool but it is doable. I would rent this home again.

I don’t recommend renting this unit for several reasons. The alarm that is on the main door to ensure children are heading towards the pool unattended is an absolute nightmare. To get groceries or luggage in and out of the unit it was a two person job to have one person handle the door alarm, and another person move the items. I understand that this is a safety and regulatory requirement however a different design of the unit would have prevented this major annoyance. The first night in the hot tub, the heater would not turn on so we called maintenance and the second day they came out to fix it. Instead of the heater being on a timer, it did not shut off and the hot tub made the entire pool hot tub temperature. We called the management company and they suggested running a hose in the pool which was not convenient when we wanted to relax. The pool chemicals were so ill managed that it stripped the color out of our bathing suits. We contacted AMI and they declined to replace them.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location was a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The house is absolutely beautiful! We spent all our time by the pool! AMI has exceptional customer service! They were able to answer all of our questions within minutes! We will be back!!
