This location couldn’t have been more perfect. Easy walk across the street to the beach, right behind a dollar general which made it easy to grab last minute items quickly, and the home itself was fantastic. Perfect sleeping accommodations, the outdoor patio and table was the most used spot of any. Nice and relaxing, privacy fence, and perfect for enjoying each other’s company. Phillip was friendly, accommodating, and helpful from booking until check out. No issues whatsoever, and this was the perfect weekend getaway in PCB! Highly recommend this place.

we wanted a place to relax and go forth from and this place fit the ticket to our needs and the whole process was hassle free. the host was easy to get up with and he did us a plus on an extra day for a really good bargain, would definitely recommend.

Our stay was amazing! It's literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and close by places to get take out. We cooked majority of our stay (we love to cook) and Phillip had everything you need for the kitchen! The only issue was that there was sand in the beds which was very uncomfortable for myself and my children. We did have a few hiccups as well during our stay however, Phillip was extremely responsive and had those issues fixed immediately! When traveling to a place you know not much of, you'd like to know what there is to do and what's close by to eat. Owner Phillip had that taken care of for us! I LOVE the information packet that was put together. Panhandle Helicopter was such an amazing experience!!! Phillip, thank you so much for allowing my family (including my two big fur babies) into your beautiful home. We can't wait to visit again!

One of the best Airbnb’s my husband and I have stayed at! It was such a beautiful place with a very easy and walkable distance to the beach. Phillip was an excellent host, and provided everything we needed for our perfect vacation. 10000/10 experience and stay. would recommend to anyone vacationing in Panama City Beach!

This was my first time using and booking on Airbnb and Phillip made it so easy for me. I booked a last minute trip, spontaneously for the next day and he responded within the hour to confirm booking, I also extended the trip and he confirmed right away with my booking. The digital planner he had was AMAZING and so helpful. Great location too, walking distance from the beach. The place was so clean and comfortable too. Overall will have to book again!!
