Welcome to 𝑉𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑎 𝐼𝑂𝑆 which is named after the beautiful goddess of the ancient Greeks Ios (Avgi) is the sister of the Sun . This stunning two-story townhome is conveniently located on the top road of Myrties, a 10 min walk down to taxis and local shops or 2 min drive down to Massouri (restaurants, markets, beach, bars. etc.) Relax and enjoy the magnificent sunset view of Telendos every night. The panoramic view of the house, the simple, elegant comfort of its spaces will charm you. This townhome is two stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two bedrooms and living room have balconies with views of the blue Aegean sea and Telendos. All bedrooms are downstairs with king and queen bedding, vanities, and closet space. The downstairs bathroom has a stand-up shower with a washer and dryer. 2 out of 3 bedrooms have balconies with a view of the blue Aegean sea and Telendos. The living room and dining room are spacious, with balcony views and a TV. Our kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, and modern electrical appliances (filter coffee maker, frappe mixer, panini presser). The bathroom upstairs is comfortable and fully equipped.

Ava & Liana were amazing and went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. Our friend hurt her foot, and Liana dropped off a stool so she could shower without standing! The place was immaculate and private. The sunset from the patio never got old, and everything you could need was there and available. Additionally, Ava and Liana set us up with a taxi when we arrived on the ferry, and Liana greeted us at the AirBnB providing helpful local recommendations easing our transition to the island. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would absolutely recommend
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Ava connected me to the house manager, Liana right away and she was absolutely AMAZING! Anything I needed, she was there to help. She gave tons of recommendations and messaged us from time to time to make sure we were having the best trip possible. They allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful given our flight was early morning. Liana met us at the house and greeted us with a huge smile on her face. She let us in and gave us a very thorough tour of the home. I can’t say enough good things about Liana, she is truly the best! Now onto the house itself. It was even better than the photos. Perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the view was unbeatable. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach from the house. The walk back up is a little steep but if you are in decent shape it’s no problem! Kalymnos is such a special place and we are already planning on coming back to stay at Lianas!
The apartment is great, has all the one needs and has an incredible view, morning stretching was amazing. Strongly recommended fo climbers and non climbers. Only note, the third bedroom has no windows (tho has ventilation and AC) and a non-closable light/air-point to the stairwell that can be an issue.
Wow! We were so happy with Ava's home. It's absolutely beautiful. The view is stunning and the sunsets from the house are spectacular. We had everything we needed when we arrived. Our host Liana was so kind and very helpful. She provided us with ferry schedules, flight info, and arranged our transportation to and from the property. The amenities at the home abound! A full kitchen stocked with coffee, sugar, and other items, fresh sheets, washer dryer, and even yoga mats. I could go on forever about how wonderful this home was. We will defiantly stay here again.

You can get around on foot, but renting a motor vehicle is recommended. There is parking across the street against the walls.
