The instructions and communication prior to our arrival were clear. The house is clean and great for at least 5 families (total 15 people). Our kids enjoyed the basement. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurant and venue where our tournament held. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We will definitely come back if the house is available.

Great spot for a family trip to Spokane! The space is large and great for families. Kyle was responsive and provided great information.

Our group of guests greatly appreciated the ability to kick back, hang out, and unwind after a long drive and some tough days of sports. While it was still too cold to use the pool (wintery), one of our adult guests fell in love with the enclosed back porch sitting area. Things were comfy and the youths in our party appreciated the TV in the master bed room for Karaoke- hair brush style. Thanks for helping us create some memories.
