Tyler & Brandy are a husband and wife team that works together to renovate and build ground-up development projects with a modern look and feel with high-low pieces. Together as a team, they work alongside their realtors, architects, GC's, and interior designers. Tyler specializes in sourcing and funding deals and managing the team until walls are closed, while Brandy project manages and handles finishing's. Together they have completed six projects, two in Brooklyn, New York, and four in Los Angeles. Brandy and Tyler pride themselves on working with a moderate budget to create a high-end finished product. Tyler and Brandy are looking forward to finishing their next project in Joshua Tree this upcoming year. Two modern desert cabins. By day, Tyler works in the insurance industry as a broker and is a partner in Zion Properties on the east coast. He is a developer and investor in every other spare minute, all while being a father of two under three. When forced, Tyler also appears in Brandy's content creation. Brandy is a former fashion stylist of 11 years that garnered clients such as Elle, Harpers Bazaar, In Style, Cosmopolitan, GQ, as well as a few famous faces. Currently, Brandy works as a content creator covering topics such as motherhood, diversity and inclusion, social justice, home renovations & remodeling, non-toxic beauty, and design and eco-friendly kid's toys. Brandy is a proud board member of Rosa Rebellion and contributing editor at Camille Styles. Brandy & Tyler have two children, the driving factor in their small businesses.
