Our family had a lovely stay, apartment was spacious and in a great location. Could see the Lake from living room, walk across to the lake and swimming area and less than 10 min walk to old town. Loved it!

The apartment was exactly as described and the photos gave a good idea of the actual layout and rooms. It was easy to find. Only issue for us was the roof box on our car which made using the underground residents car park interesting. Resolved this by removing the roof box then car and box were securely locked away in garage. The location of the apartment was great with a view of the lake from the terrace. A lovely lakeside walk into Annecy Old Town took about 10 minutes. Lots of good restaurants and bars to chose from. A 5 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to a large grassy beach area with some shade for when the sun gets too hot. Good for swimming, paddle boarding, sunbathing etc. Had a lovely week in this apartment and would happily recommend it.

Such a lovely apartment! All very clean and comfortable and the location was really great (very walkable to everywhere but it was nice to be a bit of an arms length from the super touristy area). Lots of little comforts like spare towels, lots of pillows and soap etc. and we had a view of the lake from the balcony. A really fantastic place to stay and we already want to go back!
