Hello, We are excited to share our home and barn with others to accommodate your events. We love the area, and want to share it with you! Our renovated, century home and barn is located in Historic Halloway, with many outdoor seating areas...under the cherry blossom trees,under the covered porch,on the swing by the barn, or by our outdoor pizza oven! Indoor seating by our stone fireplace, in the wing backs by the harvest table, or in the kitchen overlooking the barn. A great place to host a rehearsal party, family gathering, or any small event. A great home away from home, with a quaint playhouse for the kids,and outdoor seating behind the barn. Winter time is beautiful nestled in the snow covered evergreens. Cross country skiing, or snowmobiling on groomed trails just steps away. Tobogganing right at your doorstep. Spring,summer, fall offers cycling, walking, hiking, swimming, beaches, not to mention the hollow, which offers a 30 min. walk back in time, right at your doorstep. You can ride your bikes into Stirling, or Tweed in less than 2 hrs. Oak Lake, Stoco lake, Bay of Quinte, Sandbanks provincial park, Conservation areas, Vanderwater park are just a few places to visit from 10-45 min. car ride. Belleville is 10 minutes from Halloway by car, and is surrounded by paved water/riverfront trails., or ride your bike into Belleville and dine on an outdoor patio on the harbour.
