Travelled with the family. The apartment was excellent. Neat and tidy. The host's communication was fantastic. Location was great too. Only issue we had was the air conditioner not working properly. Hilton hotel were notified of this by the host. In the meantime the host purchased 2 fans to make our stay comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It is my family's first ever trip to Gold Coast and we are very lucky to stay in Bobo's apartment on 20-29th Dec 2015, also as her very first tenant... Bobo is very nice and helpful throughout - from the initial inquiry to actual bookings to check-in/check-out. For the fee I am paying, it's great value for money - there is no hidden cost whatsoever, and Bobo is very kind to allow us, free use of her WIFI and car park slot ( which other hosts will probably charge their tenants for.... ). Being owner-occupied, Bobo's unit is also very well kept and maintained, with nice pool and sea view. 2 queen-size beds plus a queen sofa bed fit perfectly for my family of 5, not forgetting the full facilities that we get to enjoy at Hilton Hotel premise. Location-wise, it's second to none - tram station, surfer paradise beach, Woolsworth, F&B joints, shopping outlets, etc are virtually at its doorstep. Connectivity is indeed heavenly here.... If we ever visit Gold Coast again, there is only one place for us to stay - Bobo's apartment. ( if we are lucky to rent it again ). Finally, we like to thank Bobo here once again for her kind hospitality and care during our stay. 非常感谢!
