Nice location and great view! Loved the stay. It was kind of warm in the upper part of the house the ac didn’t do much to control the temp. There was some things blocking the washer dryer access and other small odds and ends that seemed rushed. Over all good stay would book again in the future!

Michael is a very friendly host. He was proactive in confirming a seamless check in. When I advised of an issue with the hot tub, he immediately reached out to a few friends who were nearby so one of them stopped by to assist. We really appreciated that quick responsiveness. The house was less than a 10-min drive to our downtown Cincy activities. I look forward to reserving again next time we are in town.

Michael's place was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean, and very convenient to get to from downtown. We enjoyed the views and the natural light, and would recommend this place to others.

Whoever cleaned didn’t do an amazing job like I would think they would when you have to pay a cleaning fee. Dirty rags in bathroom, no trash was taken out from kitchen or bathrooms, dishes in dish washer upon arrival, needed swept so I did it. Besides that it’s an amazing stay with an even better view would definitely stay again without the cleaning fee cause I’d just do it myself.

I enjoyed the scenic view and the amenities the home offered . The home felt like a place you can kick back and relax and enjoy your getaway in style . I know Michael stated that the place was a live in air bnb , I didn’t really like how there were stains on the bedding and pet hair around the bedding . Housekeeping could have done better at that . The first floor did smell a bit . The top area was much better and is where me and my guest stayed for the entire trip . The price was great for all that was offered . It was a nice deal for a last minute booking .
