Iskender und sein Vater sind hervorragende Gasgeber,alles war super .In der Wohnung habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt,alles vorhanden was man braucht,sie liegt sehr Zentral,sehr nahe an der Strandpromenade,viele Restaurants in der Nähe, man erreicht sie gut zu Fuß.Iskender,ich kann nur sagen,Danke !

Everything was perfect Mr.Iskender was. Perfect host And I hope to rent this house again The house near from the sea and the neighbors are very very good and kindly people really I will not forget them ❤️

We felt right at home! The location is great with sea view from balcony, two short blocks to the sea, transportation close by, fresh farmers market and grocery stores near by. Host and his parents very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Mudanya.

Overall, five stars! The location was superb -- 2 minutes to the water; the part of town where all the tourists come for picture taking and then leave while you have it in peace all to yourself (along with the locals) most of the time. Iskender was super responsive and eager to help. The apartment is large enough for 2 to stay comfortably and most all amenities were well provided. As one small downside, we found it slightly understocked in regards to a few nonessential items, but I've mentioned it to Iskender and those are easily replenished for future guests; besides he really provided many other useful items to make our month-long stay very comfortable from the start.
