Our stay at this airbnb was awesome! The pictures of the house are good but it is actually nicer in person. Bedrooms are nice size and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The backyard is good size and fenced in, though a few repairs are needed on the fence. The location is by far the best feature. Just a 12 min walk to restaurants and shops. Not a far drive from the Gultch or downtown. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and very dog friendly so we were right at home. We will definitely book this location again!

Great location! 10ish minutes walking distance to 12South, super cute place that worked well for what we needed! Although we all felt it wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. The floors had lots of crumbs everywhere and there was hair on my nightstand when I arrived. I would book again though! Still recommended!!

Stopped for a night in Nashville. The house easily fit our entire family (4 kids and 2 adults). It was in a nice residential community close to 12South and Belmont University. It’s also a quick drive to the Gulch, Music Row and downtown. Highly recommend this spot if you’re up for exploring Nashville.

We absolutely loved this spot! Our family spent spring break in Nashville so that our oldest could check out Belmont University located just down the street. This was the perfect home base for our handful of days in Nashville. We loved going on walks in the neighborhood and heading over to 12 South for great shopping and food!

The location was so great. We could walk to great restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We had a great visit. The house was perfect for us. We would stay at Christine’s again.
