Very peaceful and quiet place to stay. Extremely clean! Anita is very welcoming and met us at check-in. Had everything we needed. Lots of space!

The house is excellent for our family gatherings. The open great room/dining/kitchen is roomy, with plenty of comfortable seating including bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen has whatever you need to cook. Bedrooms are comfy and private. The downstairs feels like its own little apartment area with two BR and a full bath with a comfy little sitting room, perfect for a family who wants/needs a little space of their own. The deck is fantastic with a covered table and chairs (for 6) and a fancy grill. When we stayed, Anita was about 3/4 done updating the deck by replacing the deck boards. Uptown and Ohio University are an easy 10-min drive. Anita is a real person named Anita and she is a great host.

Great place to stay with the family. Anita was a great communicator and her place was great! I would recommend it!
