You MUST clean up after yourself. Host will have to charge an addition $10 for lights left on, water left running, leaving trash in the driveway. Host is present in the home and reachable by text! 1 twin sized bed with 10 inch Omega Hybrid Gel mattress. Private bathroom at your disposal! Please be tidy to not be charged a $10 cleaning fee. Very cozy. House host has his own separate accommodations and routine so you wont see him too much, but always available to answer questions.

Convenient location for my needs. Very friendly host Rich, who offered up everything he had available. He even drove to find me and give me a charger cable that I forgot!
I appreciated the hospitality and accommodations! The cat was lovely - be gentle around her…she startles easily and doesn’t like loud noises! She’s such an added pleasant bonus!
It was convenient, clean and exactly what I needed. I enjoyed conversing with Rich the host as well. He was very welcoming and informative.
