We had a great time at Arnaud’s place. It worked out perfectly for our family of 4 with a toddler and a baby. The Neighborhood is great and very convenient to visit Montréal.

The location is perfect to explore Montreal & it felt like a nice, safe neighborhood. There was no shortage of food options with all the restaurants & Metro market nearby. We had our car so it's important to pay attention to the signs, times & street cleaning days. The daily parking rate was reasonable & easy to renew. The front stairs were the best for carrying luggage up vs. the back spiral staircase. The upstairs neighbors do smoke so it's noticeable in the shared entrance, but not inside the apartment. The inside space was as described, although the fairy lights were not working during our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had the necessary items & the bathroom was fine. We enjoyed the front balcony too. Arnaud was friendly and quickly responded to all our questions. We enjoyed our stay and the city and look forward to returning during the summer.

Arnaud's appartment was very welcoming and a great spot in Montreal. The rooms and all living quarters were very spacious and decorated with taste. Parking was easy and the street has a lot to offer in terms of cafés and restaurants. From booking to checkout, Arnaud has been extremely responsive and always a text away! He helped us out when we first arrived and was great communicator throughout our stay. The only minus was the heavy smell in the entrance/external stairs that was getting in the appartment in some areas. Not blaming anyone for it, but my husband and kids were more sensitive to itand it was a little disruptive at times. Overall, a great deal and superb location to be in a hype Montreal neighbourhood.
