In 2020 fully renovated, high-quality and lovingly furnished 1-bedroom flat in the heart of the pedestrian area of Sanary, yet very quiet. By foot the port is only 100 meters and the beaches are only 400 meters away. Each room of the flat is nicely bright with the same stunning view (SW-direction) on the old town of Sanary. From the balcony you'll enjoy the beautiful daily sunsets. We bought this absolutely centrally located around 40 square meter 2-room flat in August 2015. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50 meters away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square with numerous palm trees. We put lots of efforts and care into refurbishing our flat in June 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat perfectly accomodates 2 adults (plus 1 smaller child). The romantic bedroom disposes of a 1.60 x 2.00 meters comfortable full-size bed with a wooden frame and two innerspring mattresses. Blankets, pillows and duvet covers are of course supplied. The almost one meter wide spacious built-in wardrobe is provided with an overhead compartment and several deep shelves (to accomodate besides your clothes also your shoes, bags or suitcases). From the bed you have a beautiful view through the double-glazed windows in the historic center. Also, you will really enjoy staying in the pleasant living room with its open kitchen. Thanks to three large (double-glazed) windows in South and West direction the living room is nicely bright and offers a unique view on the small square of the Galli Theatre with its beautiful palm trees and additionally on the old town of Sanary-sur-Mer. In June 2020 we build a new 4 sqm balcony, fully facing south, on which you can enjoy both breakfast or lunch in the sunshine. At night you will love the beautiful sunsets, either while having dinner or chilling out on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has, amongst others, an induction ceramic glass cooktop, a hot-air and steam oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and much more to enjoy preparing and sharing culinary delights from Provence. In the living room there is also a very comfortable sofa. For your little one (up to 5 years old) we also provide you with a travel cot and according bedclothes. The 32-inch SMART TV with both satellite and internet connection, provides the opportunity to receive many channels. The apartment is equipped with a free WIFI connection for guests. The friendly bathroom with its two windows offers the same view on the old town as from the living room or bedroom. The bathroom encompasses a shower and a wash basin with base cabinet for storing your beauty matters. The toilet is separated by a narrow partition. Under the hot water storage is a high quality washer-dryer with a capacity of 8 kg (washing) and 4 kg (drying). The numerous acryl, oil and ink paintings of my artist-mother give the whole flat a very special atmosphere with a lot of warmth and imagination.
