We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Punta Allen Residential. David was very helpful with all questions and concerns. The place exceeded our expectations. Getting around without a car was a little challenge but once we established contacts with taxis it was easy. The pool was great the neighbours were very friendly. Getting to the beach is about 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk. I would like to also note the handyman Jose who addressed an a/c issue was very kind and quick to resolve the issue. The entire trip we felt like this was our second home. I highly recommend David’s listing 5 stars.

Very nice condo. The roof top patio is very nice , to tan or to cook on the BBQ. Condo is clean and very quiet. David is a great host. Would rent it again in a hearbeat. thank you David.

Necesario ir con auto. Buena ubicación. Excelente departamento, amplio,bonito y agradable estancia. No pudimos aprovechar la alberca y terraza x Falta de tiempo. David al pendiente de nuestra estancia.

Excelente ubicación, me gustó mucho el lugar, fiel a las fotos que maneja la publicación. La entrega fue mediante instrucciones muy claras. El anfitrión fue atento.
