We enjoyed a lovely stay in the beautiful neighborhood of Arcadia. The property was clean and open, providing a refreshing sense of space. The pool and spa were definite highlights, offering a perfect escape. A great place to relax and unwind!

Overall, we had a great experience. The host was very responsive and helpful. Place was clean. Good location, nice neighborhood. A little limited on kitchen items (pots/ pans) if planning on cooking some meals, but no real problem. There was a minor issue with the AC for part of the house, but the host was very receptive so I assume this will be addressed. Nice pool / hot tub area and nice back yard lounge area. Good for a family trip or a small group. I would recommend to friends/ family.

This was our second stay at this home and it’s a lovely place, great location and very clean. We had great response times from the hosts (within minutes!!).

Pros: The house was in a great location. Super close to Old Town, golfing and the airport. The beds were very comfortable. Cons: When we arrived one of the toilets was running. We did reach out to let them know and they were quick to respond, but wanted us to fix the issue bc it was a known problem. The biggest problem was the hot tub and pool heating. There was an issue with the heating of the hot tub from the prior stay and they got it fixed, but didn’t bother to test out the new controls to see if it was actually working before we got there. It wasn’t working and they needed to have the pool repair people come out again. We didn’t get to use the hot tub the entire stay. They also control of turning on and off the jets, so you constantly have to message them to make that happen. And by the time she responded we moved on to something else after it was fixed. Spent a lot time messaging vs relaxing. You are to enjoy vacation not play plumber and continue to ask for amenities to turn on.
