Unwind in our cozy 2 bed 1 bath rental unit in the heart of Little Falls! Our home has been completely remodeled with several modern amenities and charming decor to make you feel at home during your stay. A short drive in any direction can take you to all Upstate New York has to offer. Some of our favorites are the historic village of Cooperstown, the Adirondack Mountains, and the city of Utica. There is much to love in our local community and we hope you enjoy your stay! Our space is a three bedroom rental unit on the first floor. The first bedroom has one queen size bed and a storage cabinet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet where you can find additional linens, cleaning supplies and an iron/ironing board. The third bedroom is a combined nursery and office with a full size crib and changing table with a desk and chair. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need to cook meals during your stay. There is a gas stove, full sized fridge, microwave, toaster and a Keurig with local Stewart’s Shops coffee. There are cleaning supplies, trash bags and extra paper towels underneath the sink. The bathroom has the original claw foot tub with an attached shower. We have provided full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and many other toiletries should you need them. Towels and wash cloths are provided as well as a hair dryer and curling iron. The living room is furnished with a 50 inch smart TV and a large sofa.
