What a unique spot to stay in! We booked it for the peace and quiet, as well as staying somewhere that would stay cool in Sicily's summer heat. We could easily walk all over Modica from this location, but as with any place in the town, you should be prepared for stairs. The host helped us with our luggage and a very late check in. I have never stayed anywhere quite like this, with the bathroom actually inside the natural rock walls. This isn't a luxury stay, but worth the experience.

a amazing and special cave can make u crazy ,they prepared many drinks and beautiful glass cup ,but a little wet ,when open the toilet light,something make a big noisy

The cave is a spectacularly unique place, and decorated beautifully. There is a well equipped kitchen for home cooking. Giorgio was a great and attentive host, readily replying to any questions. The location is so close to central things and especially to san Giorgio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thanks again!
