Beautiful place but aweful experience with the host. Toilet leaked and flooded all over the bathroom and master bedroom. Asked for help and Gabriel did nothing and was not responsive. My request was simple, provide me clean towels (as I had to use most to stop toilet water from spreading in the bedroom and to send someone to clean . Sent request at 9:50am and followed up every two hours. No one ever came to do anything and Gabriel said he would charge me for using the towels to stop the water from spreading . I asked him if I was supposed to use the bedsheets or my own clothes to stop the leak and he just remained unresponsive. Host was very quick to respond when booking but disappeared once I had an issue. Additionally, Gabriel said that I was trying to complain to get a free stay. This was a ludicrous accusation as this was a work trip paid for by my company, so I couldn’t benefit at all from any refund. I travel internationally 6-8 times per year and this is the worst exp ever!!

The place was really nice and clean. When I contacted him he replied very fast. Liked the fact that the pool was tempered
