Fantastic house to go on vacation with extended family and friends. Has the most beautiful views of the forest and the ocean, the toucans and guacamayas fly in front of the balcony. It is in Punta Leona, where Playa Blanca is, one of the best beaches of Costa Rica with white sand and clear water. The house if for 18 people, has 5 bedrooms, all with A/C and has a private swimming pool. It is not wheelchair accessible, the house has 3 floors and many stairs. The house is for 18 pax. Has 5 bedrooms: 2 main suites with private bathroom and balcony each, and 3 more bedrooms with bunk beds that are good for 4 people each and these 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning. It also has big social ares with an open floor plan, has a TV with cable, a big balcony with ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area, private swimming pool, laundry area, parking for 8 cars and Wi-Fi.

We had an amazing time here! We were a group of 18 people and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The view is absolutely stunning and you can get to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Can’t wait to go back!
Estuvimos 4 dias y 3 noche para la celebracion de los 80 de mi mama. Areas grandes y comodas, talvez demasiadas gradas para una persona mayor. La casa necesita unas pocas mejoras. Para 15 personas la casa se adapto perfectamente, un plus las 2 neveras. La piscina amplia y limpia. Realmente la pasamos muy bien. La comunicacion con el anfitrion siempre fue facil .
La vista es espectacular, eramos 11 personas y estuvimos super cómodos, en general es una súper opción para pasar en familia o en grupos, la piscina es INCREIBLE, súper limpia, co. sombras durante el día y en fin super recomendada
La casa espectacular, el paisaje y la vista son superlativos. El acceso a la playa es un poco complicado, pero una ve que uno logra llegar, se disfruta mucho.
Great place for a big group. Plenty of space! Hot water, and washer/dryer worked perfectly. The common spaces were comfortable and the layout is very nice. My only suggestion would be to add curtains to the main suite bedrooms. I loved all the glass, it gave us stunning views of the ocean, wildlife, and stars at night. But a even a sheer curtain to pull while changing or privacy would have made it perfect.

Exclusive gated community with lots of nature and incredible views of the ocean
Playa blanca is half a mile from the house in a road full of hills. It as at walking distance but it is better to go by car. Only that the parking lot at the beach is own by the club so it is exclusive for club members. You can park next to the Condo entrance, at 300 feet from the beach. Other option is to rent a golf cart that can be parked next to the beach entrance.
