We stayed for 5 days (my wife, myself, and our 6 year old son). The place was exactly as described. The walk to the beach access was like 100 steps, so the location was perfect. The pool was always empty so our son loved that. The place was clean, and had all the essentials needed. It is small, but well laid out and functional! The AC is only in the bedroom which is fine, if you keep the bathroom door closed. The AC smelled of mildew, but I cleaned the filter and had no issues after that. We would definitely stay here again!

i absolutely loved this place. pretty small, but so cute!!! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and a quiet area. The building itself looks dated on the outside, but so nicely renovated on the inside. It’s exactly like the pictures. Only minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants as well. Hunter was kind and responsive. I get paranoid VERY easily about staying at airbnbs/hotels but this place felt like home and the huge couch is AWESOME for movie and show marathons. Very cozy. I would definitely stay here again :)

The location is great! Unfortunately the lock wasn’t working when we arrived but Hunter got it situated quickly and we ended up staying at another unit down the hall! Place is perfect for a little getaway.

The Hall's place was exactly like the pictures. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk. Check-in was very easy. Hunter is super responsive. Plus we were walking distance to our favorite restaurant Patch's Pub. We also talked the neighbors and they were super nice. We would definitely stay here again.
