As lomg as you understand this is someone's holiday house and do not expect the Hilton, then it's fine. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the house needs a good spruce up. Location is excellent, we liked the quirky nature of this rambling place. Nice view out the back.

Location was amazing - walk to beach and shops. The decor was nice, and the nintendo switch a bonus (popular with the kids). But some parts weren't shown on photos, and in reality were partially renovated. Lots of cobwebs inside the property. Air con on hot days was problematic upstairs, only one AC unit in main bedroom, this didnt flow through well to other rooms and we all had to sleep with open doors. Linen provided at additional cost. Some nails protruding on back deck unsafe and depth of back deck/concrete a bit of a hazard (esp for a toddler) Sheets left in dryer. Door without handles x2 / not closeable Windows without fly screens upstairs Glass pane in yard GPO in middle room not working No smoke detector Oven didn't work Unexpected rules regarding dogs inside Overall, whilst we did have a good time, and location was truly amazing, given the conditions, we didn't feel the cost to stay was equal to the value we experienced.
