Messaged through the Airbnb app but never received a response. Called the number listed, they directed me to the owner. The owner was very accommodating and made the stay 5 star.

House is in a nice secure neighborhood with golf course view. Rooms were very clean and perfect for families. Pool was perfect size--not too big or too deep. We spent all our time bouncing between awesome game room and pool. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. A very small amount is provided, but not enough. Good news is that a full Walmart is right outside the neighborhood, very convenient, could walk.

Loved this place! Lots of space to spread out. Master bed was comfy. Bunk beds have plastic on them which made them a bit loud. Pool was awesome. Neighbor came over at 9:15 one night and asked us to hold it down because they had a baby. That was unexpected. There were three of us in pool and not super loud. Just a word of caution if you plan on late swims. Otherwise, neighborhood was nice. We took lots of walks. We were four minutes from grocery store. We paid for heated pool and for late checkout. Both were easily handled by management. We would stay here again.

The house was very well maintained and clean. My husband really appreciated the sharp knife set. The king master bed was very comfy, but the other beds (heard from adults who slept in them) were VERY hard and crackly because of the waterproof envelope around the mattresses. This may not have been an issue for kids. There are NO bath or kitchen soap/cleaning supplies provided, so bring your own. There are several levels of management which took me a minute to figure out. But when we had a pool issue on New Year's Eve day, the owner himself (and his neighbor) actually took care of us amazingly! Our kids loved the game room as a private place to hang out. We loved being able to walk the neighborhood and golf course. The house is close to a grocery store and Walmart, and Lake Eva Park was a great place for adults and kids.
