Smooth check-in with Natasa. Flat's size is ok for one person. Bed was comfortable. Swimming pool area is very small and the two times I've tried to go, all the seats were taken so dont base your choice thinking you will chill at the pool. Chiang Mai has a few great swimming pool opened for public tho. Overall, it was a good stay for a last minute booking.

A great condo for my 1 week stay in Chiang Mai. Really helpful to have a washer😀 Getting a Grab is so easy for getting around and even for having food delivered. Natasa even thought of details like providing laundry detergent & softener, paper towels and extra TP.

I enjoyed my stay at Natasa's place. She sent very clear and helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport, and the check-in was quick and easy. The actual apartment matched the photos and description posted online. Overall, the place was clean. The only exception was the bathroom and the bedroom. The shower was a bit moldy, not terrible, but it definitely warrants a deep cleaning. The window frames in the bedroom were dusty--Not a big deal, but easy fixes. I appreciated that the host provided laundry detergent and fabric softener--a thoughtful detail. The gym located on Floor 16 was clean and well-equipped. The apartment is about 20 minutes from the old town of Chiang Mai--pretty straightforward walk, very safe even at late hours of the night. There was a supermarket (Big C) and seven eleven about a block away. I rented a car while visiting Chiang Mai, and finding parking was always a breeze. I will definitely stay in this place again.

Natasa communicates very well and is very responsive. She even walked me through the building and apartment during check in. If you need her you can text but she also has a quick guide in the apartment for rules, things you need to know etc. And the build is great it has a coffee shop ( person working there not very nice x 3 days), scoter rental, and excursion to book. Good choice. It is a bit far for walking to the main gate of the square thou. But catching the grabbis easy and convenient
