PROS: wonderful amount of space, awesome AC in bedrooms and living room (none in bathrooms or kitchen), very comfy mattresses, hot showers, elevator CONS: FILTHY!!!! I had to clean for hours just to make it usable. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned in months. The refrigerator and microwave were covered in food debris, all cupboards were covered in a thick layer of dirt. We purchased a mop and other cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves throughout. The host was not pleasant and they tried to kick us out before checkout time while I was literally feeding my infant. There was very little ‘service’ for being a serviced apartment. We didn’t want them to clean because I spent so much time cleaning and it felt like they’d make it dirtier not cleaner. Service was meant to be included and it’s expensive, still, when we were leaving we wanted to give a nominal tip for tea. It was refused because it wasn’t a big enough tip for the service...even though you’ve already paid for the service. That what it was. Gah.

Wonderful location and wonderful place. Got the whole apartment and was cleaned everyday which was a great addition.

Fantastic stay. The host Jose Alex was very serviceable and was with us most of the time. We very much enjoyed our stay here.The living room, bedrooms and kitchen are very well furnished.WE had a very sumptuous breakfast also. We have no hesitation to recommend Teresa Plaza to our friends visitinfg Kottayam. We will also definitely stay here in our next trip.
