Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. spotlessly clean and super comfy beds. secure garden for our small dogs so didn't have to worry about them getting out. We would stay again and recommend this cottage for a relaxing break in Devon. Close to Ilfracombe and walking distance to combe martin. friendly pubs and dog friendly. Great beaches near by.

Great communication from Simon. He was very accommodating. We visited Combe Martin for a family reunion and Simon allowed us a later check out which was brilliant. The house is beautiful. Quirky little rooms which allowed the family to spread out. All bedrooms are very spacious and have everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need and even a dishwasher tablet were supplied . High chair, stair gate and travel cots were at the property too. I can not recommend this property enough. We would definatley not hesitate to return! Thank you so much Simon.

Ham Cottage is lovely. It has everything you need and is just perfect for a family getaway. It's like home from home and Simon the host was very informative and responsive to question, especially regarding a later check out which was much appreciated with 2 young children with us. Would definitely stay here again !! :)

Beautiful, homely house - spent the weekend there with family and the dog. Lovely quiet location, but only a short walk to the high street and coast. Host was very helpful and would definitely stay again.
