With all due respect to the owner, who is a very nice person, this place is hard to stay at. 1. Our biggest problem was lack of privacy- the living area is expected to be left accessible to the owner's family at any time, making us uncomfortable. We wanted to put a bed (we were 3) but we had to adjust inside the bedroom, which had no ventilation. Had a sleepless night. 2. The sewer runs next to the house, making the place smelly in general. Gob forbid you open the windows. Even using the basin in general you can hear the water drip on the other side. 3. Minor issue but the book rack is advertised but actually locked, so you can't really read them :) We moved out within a day, forfeiting our money and moved to a hotel. This place needs some work before it can become a successful Airbnb.

Stayed for 2 nights. The place is clean and right in the heart of the city. check-in process was smooth. Good restaurants nearby. Public transportation easily available. Maid comes in the morning and takes care of the house cleaning. Homely environment. Great internet speed. A few points to take note of: Spoons and tong are not there in the kitchen, so if you plan to prepare your own meal, you need to carry them. Bathroom is adjacent but it is outside the room. Towels and soap were not provided. But we also did not ask for them as we were already carrying our own. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very good value for money. Room and bathroom was very clean. AC and TV were working fine. It's about 10-12 minutes walking distance from the city centre where the best food in town is. The host was pleasant. There was also a cute cat 😺 which is always a plus.
