About the home Pall Mall is a stunning home with incredible water views just a moment from the beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas Upstairs, the large main living area opens into the well appointed kitchen. There is also access from the living room to the large covered deck with stunning water views. The Master bedroom comes with BIR and a new Queen bed. The second bedroom is also on this floor with its own BIR, new Queen bed. The master bathroom with a large bath tub and twin basins is directly between these two rooms. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms including a well sized bathroom. These three bedrooms share a large main bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. Also downstairs is the second living area with a 42' smart TV. There is a dedicated workspace and niche for those who still attend to day to day business when travelling or holidaying. Maps, phamplets and other information about the Island and its attractions are here for you. Downstairs has a well appointed Laundry with an extra shower to wash down directly after the beach. New appliances, a dryer, washing machine and ironing bay are here, you'll also find beach umbrella's and a few beach towels. Perfect during any season, a large fireplace will make for cozy times during the cooler times and air conditioning a relief from the summer sun. A huge smart t.v is central to the main living area and qaulity Bose sound for that theatre sound or music. Outdoor Areas The upstairs deck provides a lovely sheltered place for outdoor alfresco under cover. The downstairs deck leads out from the downstairs living area and has a large outdoor dinning area adjacent to the BBQ area. There is a lock up garage with walk through ability to the back yard. Direct access to inside the home is via the front door accessible with a key held in a lock box opposite the door. For your security and that of you vehicles and anyone like children playing outside there are external security cameras at the home facing external areas only. You are provided with free open access and viewing through the upstairs huge LCD screen. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso Gusto coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, and gas cook top. Everything is here as you would find in a well appointed kitchen in any normal home. Heating/Cooling Systems Each of the two living area's have a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner, there are ceiling fans and lights operated by remote controls.
