The terrace has been beautifully restored and decorated. It was a classic London experience from the entry gate, red front door, to the layout over 4 floors. We did get used to the tube noise after the first day. The ambulance and police sirens were the only downer for us, but this is not something we are used to because we live in the country. We very much enjoyed our London stay.

This house is in an excellent location being between Edgeware Road and Paddington rail stations that have lines running everywhere across London so it is an ideal base for exploring. There are also several cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk, there is a Tesco Express and Superdrug across the road and a short walk further is M&S. The house is very spacious and clean but be aware it is spread over 4 floors with wooden stairs in between and you do get some noise from the underground railway under the property, although this didn't bother us too much. It was very handy having the lower ground toilet and also the washing machine. Our only small niggle was the poor shower power in the top floor bathroom but this is understandable as it is an older building. Overall a great property for families or a group of friends and very handy to get the Elizabeth line direct to/from Heathrow from Paddington Station.
