I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Airbnb property, and I believe it's important to provide honest feedback for improvement. To begin with, the kitchen facilities were far from functional, and to my surprise, there were no utensils available. This made it impossible for me to prepare any meals during my stay, forcing me to eat outside and incur additional expenses. In fact, there was no provision for tea. A well-equipped kitchen is a basic expectation when booking accommodation, and the absence of such amenities greatly impacted the overall experience. The plus point was the rooms were clean with a fresh set of sheets. Given these issues, I regret to say that your property did not live up to the standards. I hope you take this feedback constructively and consider making necessary improvements to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The house is located at the main road so it’s easy to access and had few shops and vegetable market around. The house is ok/good as per the looks and has space for parking. The host responds quickly. We had booked it for our family coming from Mumbai. Ours was early check in and host asked extra 500 for it when the refund window was about to close in 6 mins (around 12 in the night) and this was not communicated on initial 2 calls inspite of us informing it both times (not even listed in the description). The listing barely has any information. Inspite of early checkin cost, the room smelled of food when we entered and there was some ‘bhel’ called on the table in living room. Bed wasn’t made. I think the host is new. One time our family had to wait for 30 mins as the maid had kept the key at some other place than usual. A bit of experience might add to the professionalism. Cost difference in a good hotel & this Airbnb isn’t much considering the + & - points.
