Rachel’s house was perfect for my large friend gathering! There were so many amenities at the house that kept us busy the entire time. One of our favorites was the pool— it was even more fantastic than I thought it would be. The house is in a peaceful location and was the perfect getaway. I will definitely be considering this house again for future friend or family gatherings.

This is a wonderful location for families! We really enjoyed the basketball court and pool area! The property was very quiet and beautiful! The house has absolutely everything you could possible need ! We will be playing another stay in the near future!

Great stay with my four kids ages 7-16y. Peaceful and quiet location, yet only 15 minutes from restaurants and stores, and less than an hour from amazing things to do in Columbus or Hocking Hills SP! Something for everyone to enjoy in this home, but more importantly, so many things to do together as a family vacation: movie night in the theater space, pickleball and basketball, air hockey and pool, family board games, hiking in the woods, and playtime in the pool! Relaxing in the hot tub was a great bonus on the crisp mornings and evenings! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, beds were comfy, bathrooms were stocked, and the washer/dryer allowed us to do laundry and dry bathing suits as needed during our stay! Being able to our beloved pup with us was the icing on the cake! Host was extremely responsive and friendly! I recommend this home for a peaceful family vacation in any season - plenty to do if you never leave the house, but also plenty more within an hour drive!

We had 3 families come together and stay at this house. It was everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our time together. The pool kept the kids entertained and the slide was so much fun for everyone! The water was a tad chilly so the kids needed to take breaks to warm up, but the air in the pool house was kept very warm. The adults enjoyed some quiet time with the winter scenery around us in the hot tub. Having the space with extra beds and bedrooms was key. There was even plenty of floor space to set up pack n plays. We couldn’t get the washer and dryer to work and it was arranged for them to be swapped out with a large capacity washer and dryer by the end of the day! So helpful with lots of wet towels and swim suits. Overall we really enjoyed our family get together in this beautiful home!
