Maganda at nakakarelax ang lugar. Madami lang lamok. Pero all in all okay naman ang stay namin and friendly ang care taker and responsive ang host

My family and I had a great stay at Rio's house. We celebrated our new year together while the kids enjoyed using their pool. Their garden is really amazing. We will definitely book another stay with them soon. Thanks Sir Rio 🙂

PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Do not avail the pool - they said it was fresh/new water but it isn't, it's yellowish and dirty. Everything has add on but isn't for private use like for the refrigerator additonal 300 but it's for PUBLIC use, everyone has access to it. Additional 200 for dirty kitchen but you can't even use it (more dirty then the typical ones). Mosquitoes everywhere. Underwear left inside the restroom. Flush not working. PLACE WAS SO NOISY WHEN WE ARRIVED. Host said there is a separate bedroom but there isn't. Refer to the photo included to this listing - One bedroom photo (with a plant beside the bed and sliding window but this isn't existing). Host didn't even bother to partially refund. SCAM. eventhough we didn't stay overnight (because the place has foul odor and mosquitoes + extreme noise outside)

Good place to stay in terms of ambiance but the place is smaller than expected

Place was nice and cozy, perfect for intimate celebrations. We celebrated our friend's bridal shower and ate Vic was very helpful and accomodating. It was a good stay!
