Unfortunately I was looking forward to a nice stay for our last 2 days in Lisbon. The apartment was not clean. The floor/rug was dirty. The walls/doors were dirty as were the showers. Our "extra" pillow in the closet has hair, dust, and stains on it. The headboard on one of the single beds had to 2 large stains on it. To say I didn't feel "at home" was an understatement. There were no dish cloths to dry dishes or anything to clean the counters/table. There was a sponge to wash dishes and that was all. The garbage can was also broken making it difficult to put the garbage in. There were no bins for recycling. The air conditioning didn't work in the living room or the room with the single beds. When I sent a message to the host about all of these things there was no reply. If I could post photos I would. Do yourself a favour and don't book at this location until they respond to this review with good reasons for the uncleanliness and unresponsiveness.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement propre, bien aménagé, et disposant du kit d'accueil pour la cuisine (éponge/produit vaisselle...) et SdB (gel douche/ papier toilettes). Résidence sécurisé à proximité des moyens de transport et du couloir aérien (mais on oublie vite!!!). On recommande
