We stayed at this house with three generations. The house was great, had all the amenities needed, a beautiful decor. We loved that this was a walkable distance to the beach and to main grocery shops. There was more than enough space to play and relax. It was a wonderful vacation week for all of us!

Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! Very spacious and clean; it was a perfect place for our family of five to spend Christmas away.

The home was well stocked with everything we needed and well organized. Home was also very clean with the exception of the floors. We could tell they had not been mopped. Our baby’s clothes were filthy just from crawling on the floor. Also, the house was WARM. My husband grew up in Florida and we are accustomed to warm weather, but we visited in December and kept the home at the lowest allowed temperature (72) and everyone in the house was VERY warm. The house was not 72 degrees. I know that for sure. Our daughter’s baby monitor showed the temperature at 80. We enjoyed our stay, but we wouldn’t stay again considering how hot we were in December. Can’t imagine what it would have felt like in the summer.

Rico and Tessa’s place is a lucky find in a great location just up the street from the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The house is perfect. It’s extremely clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything imaginable. We loved staying here with our family. Lots of space, amazing back yard and a super family room to hang out and socialize. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The home is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Rico and Tessa’s place. When we’re in town again, we’d welcome returning for a another visit.
