Even though we're blocks from the historic downtown core of Market Ave in Grand Forks BC, we are at the end of a dead end road at the base of a mountain so our guesthouse is very private and in a nature setting.
Walking and hiking trails are right out your door on Observation Mountain or close by along the Trans Canada Trail. If water is more your choice, head to the Kettle or Granby rivers to cool down.
Walk around downtown, grab a coffee, and take in the incredible murals and historic buildings.
In the winter, we're a short 30 minute drive to the best little ski resort, Phoenix Mountain. Or grab your snow shoes and set off on an adventure along one of the many trails in Grand Forks. If you're a fan of ice fishing, Wilgress Lake is a local favourite and a 19 minute drive.
In the summer, we're only a 17 minute drive to Canada's warmest tree lined lake, Christina Lake. Try your hand at fly fishing in one of the two local rivers in Grand Forks or grab an air mattress and go for a float if relaxing is more your speed.
