Perfect home base for our family! Steve's place checked every box for us. Modern, clean, close to everything we were looking to do, with great amenities. Location can't be beat - right around the corner from the pool, and 7-10 minutes from multiple beautiful beaches. Publix is 2 minutes down the road for any grocery needs. We found two nice playgrounds within a couple minutes of the house as well for the kids to burn off some energy. Home was perfect as well. Beds were comfy, primary shower was amazing, kitchen was clean and functional with everything we needed. Garage was a fun hangout spot for our 5 year old. Loved all the beach supplies available for use as well. Already planning out next trip back!

Wonderful stay at Steve's place. Responsive host and you can tell that there was much thought put into making you and your family feel at home! It is a beautiful home and neighborhood. Clean, peaceful, & perfect for a family trip. There are gas stations, grocery stores, and quick food options within walking distance. A little scarce on things like soap and toothpaste but that was also listed in the description, nothing you can't bring along with you. I would recommend this place for sure.

If you’re looking for an amazing home with modern amenities, but still the coziness of your own home, with close proximity to a ton of things to do, this is the spot. Steve is a great host and communicates very well. Everything was as described. Home came with just about everything we needed during our stay. It was perfect for our family and two small kids. We love coming back home to Pensacola. and this house made our stay memorable. Thanks Steve!
