This is a lovely home and is well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, there are some items that need to be repaired or replaced that we were not aware of until we checked in. The second bathroom upstairs bath tub had a big spot where the paint was peeling and the shower head was not moveable. As we were giving my daughter a bath, which was more difficult than it should have been, some of the paint chips fell into the water. Also, the hot water took a long time to come through (the house is old). Not fun having the water turn cold in the middle of a shower either! The TV in the living room is older with an older system and the remote is very slow. We actually bought a Roku to use as it was much faster and offered more streaming services. The internet was really slow. There were other small details that really could have made a difference for us if they were better. Like, we could have had nicer, newer towels to use and two-ply toilet paper.

We stayed for a month and there were no problems. We enjoyed our stay. Sylvia had the kitchen well stocked and there were amenities we are used to at home. A nice patio to sit outside. Spacious house. Indoor garage. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Handy to have a washer and dryer in the house. Sylvia is a very conscientious host.

Absolutely fabulous!! The greatest Airbnb I ever had the privilege of staying in. Will most definitely stay there again when back in the area.

Her place was beautiful. Very peaceful and lots of different nature to look at. Deer, cardinals blue Jay's, oriole, hummingbird,squirrels, chipmunks just in one day! very quite neighborhood. definitely recommend staying here!
