It’s a beautiful home with a lot of space. Check-in was later than 4PM, more like 6:30-7:00 as they were still turning the house over and cleaning. The hot tub was not cleaned before our stay, but the host brought cleaning supplies over later. We did have 3 separate occasions where past guests came to the house hoping to pick up boxes from the garage. Sometimes things are outside the hosts control. Overall the hosts were responsive and helpful. Even allowing us to extend our stay when we needed.
