This apartment combines a sophisticated mix of modern decor, while maintaining the historic architectural charm. The Smith's Room This apartment features two bedrooms which overlook the downtown. Complete with hardwood floors, exposed brick, and a remodeled kitchen this space is perfect for couples, families, staycations or a fun friends' weekend! It offers one queen bed (in bedroom one) and two x twin trundle beds (in room two). PLEASE NOTE: While we do have curtains for blocking light and a sound machine for blocking street noise, this apartment does fall on the main intersection of downtown so there are lights and noise. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you our guide to the building + some favorite places to shop and restaurants. We send the full check-in / check-out information about 24 hours before your arrival. PLEASE MESSAGE US UPON BOOKING if you would prefer to have this information sent via text vs. the AirBnB app (like we typically send it). The space includes a coffee maker along with complimentary coffee. Bathroom includes complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Down the hall from this apartment are two other AirBnB's: The Jones' Room (studio size) and The Miller's Room (a 1 - bedroom apartment). At the end of the hall is our small event space called, "The Studio." And directly beneath your AirBnB (on the first floor) is our kitchen and bar we own and operate (open Wednesday - Fridays: 4pm - 9pm and Saturdays: 11am - 9pm) Please note that for additional safety we have security cameras recording live in the building hallway.
