New memory foam mattresses on all beds with 1800 tread count sheets for the best rest you can get away from your own home. Designated work space. Private outdoor patio with two grills to grill up your favorite Bar-b-que and to relax.

We absolutely loved staying here! Everything was perfectly clean, all the instructions were clear, host was super friendly and helpful. The house is so cute and for a great price! Will definitely want to come back sometime!
We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place for a last minute getaway. His place was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. We hope to visit again in the future!
This unit is a wonderful value with many-many added extras provided by its owner Rob, who by the way, is a wonderful host. It is one of 3 units on the property, with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs, each on-suite. It is very nicely furnished and appointed. It has a private deck area with lots of comfortable seating. It was clean and very comfortable and we will be going back again. I highly recommend this unit.
The house is beautiful. Everything inside was pristine, clean, new. The outdoor patio was very well-maintained. They had complementary snacks, games, toiletries, etc. The beds were great, beautiful bathrooms. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired, but that is out of their control. Not unsafe, just not picturesque. Drive 5 minutes to see the ocean!!

Oceano is a small community located 1 mile from Oceano Dunes SVRP, and Oceano Beach. Oceano is famous for The Oceano Melodrama, a great family entertainment. We are 2 blocks from several local favorite eating establishments. Including, Chachos Authentic Mexican food (our favorite), Efran's Mexican Restaurant, Sylvester's Hamburger's another favorite of ours. We also have Old Juan's Cantina, old fashioned family-run eatery with rustic decor, traditional Mexican dishes & margaritas. We are one block away from Central Market, Oceano's grocery store and meat market.

Robert and Tracey live on the premises in a separate unit. You may hear us but not see us. But we are always a text or phone call away at all times. We can recommend places to eat and or explore. As we are lifelong residence to the Central Coast and know all the spots.
