Tim accepted a reservation that we made on the spur of the moment. This was our first Airbnb booking and Tim and his wife Shari made it easy and comfortable for us to enjoy. He was very friendly and helpful in every aspect The property was very well maintained, clean, very well decorated and very inviting. As advertised we were able to enjoy the company of many hummingbirds which added to the peaceful and serene environment. We will definitely be booking withTim again in the future as well as recommending to family and friends. Thank you Tim and Shari for your hospitality and for the use of your beautiful cottage.
